My husband ( who has a spinal cord injury and can't walk ) needed to make a last minute day-trip from Palermo to Mazara del Vallo.

As wheelchair accessible public transport is limited in this area.

We would have been stuck were it not for the help of Vincenzo at Accessible Italian Holiday.

He helped organise an accessible van ( with rear tail lift ) to pick us up.

Giuseppe and Bea ( the owners of the van ) couldn't be nicer.

They went out of their way to help make our day run smoothly and we also shared a wonderful lunch together by the sea.
