While savoring a delicious granita, your walk through the streets of the baroque village can certainly start from Via Francesco Mormino Penna, where magnificent churches and extraordinary buildings follow one another, making this intimate area among the most evocative of the city.

One of the peculiarities of Scicli and of all the places of Montalbano is the great concentration of churches, even located a few tens of meters away from each other and Scicli is no exception.

In Via Mormino Penna alone you can count three churches in less than 500 meters ( Santa Teresa, San Michele and San Giovanni Evangelista ), in front of which there are three small squares which during the beautiful spring and summer evenings become the fulcrum of the nightlife thanks also in the presence of several pubs, bars and restaurants.
